Meet Our Team


Austin Davenport

Austin is an experienced therapist with a background working with complex family systems. He has a direct approach while being relatable, compassionate, and maintaining a good sense of humor. Austin believes in the capacity within each individual and family to learn and grow and to discover new ways to find meaning and purpose in challenging situations.

Austin is a fully licensed clinician, with a decade of experience in the residential treatment field. He has worked as both a lead therapist, and more recently as a clinical director. Austin has several advanced trainings in DBT, Equine Therapy, Brain Spotting, Complex Trauma Treatment, Sand-Tray, and more.

Growing up with Attention-Deficit Disorder, Austin is an extremely "out-of-the-box" thinker, able to easily relate with neuro-diverse populations, helping them feel a sense of safety and belonging. This challenge during adolescence also taught Austin the power of direct and clear communication, which aids him greatly when working with both teenaged and parent populations.

Jessica Endres

With experience in various therapeutic programs for young adults and adolescents spanning almost two decades, Jessica has expertise in understanding how best to work with adolescents and their parents in a family systems approach. Jessica spent ten years of practice in the residential treatment setting for adolescents working in every facet of the program from direct care staff to program therapist to Clinical Director. Jessica has also worked in the wilderness setting, community-based programs for adolescents and directly coaching families in their own home’s day to day.

In every setting, family involvement and parent coaching were not only valuable to the therapeutic process, but necessary. Jessica understands the need for the support of parents who are going through the intense stress and turmoil that parents often experience with trying to re-connect with and help their struggling child. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, Jessica has the experience and training to approach clients with confidence, knowledge and creativity. You will also find that Jessica brings the balance of being personable and supportive while also being honest and direct to the coaching process.

Kallee Anderson

Kallee is a licensed marriage and family therapist skilled in making the work experiential and fun. She values relationships and understands the importance of healthy attachment with others for the sense of self. She has extensive experience working with complex family systems, parents of struggling teens, teenagers, and young adults.

Kallee understands the need to help her clients look beyond the surface problem and understand the "why" behind it. Her approach is helping those she works with identify and understand their values, make decisions that align with those values, and help each person experience joy and fulfillment in their lives. She has worked with adolescents and families in residential treatment for more than 8 years in different roles. She has spent time as a youth mentor, residential director, therapist, and clinical director.
